    Shambhala Living Foods is a focus/support group that offers living and raw food potlucks, classes, seminars and lectures to the public.

    Our group provides an inexpensive educational and support forum for those wishing to pursue a Raw Foods lifestyle, to increase energy, health, and overall vitality. We encourage local businesses to offer members discounts for organic whole raw food related products and services. We plan bi-weekly meetings for living/raw foods potlucks and a chance to network with others to foster an active community, exchanging recipes, resources, ideas and personal testimonies on their journey to health and wellness. Guest speakers will be announced as well as resources and information made available.
